Kyra Breslin is a New York–based journalist and audio producer covering culture, lifestyle, and wellness. Her work blends reported storytelling with cultural analysis, often exploring how personal experience intersects with larger social currents. She has written for The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, New York Magazine, Women’s Health, Interview, and Slate.

She is also the creator and host of Finding Lauren, a narrative nonfiction podcast produced through her company, One Fourteen Entertainment, and featured in Deadline, Variety, The Daily News, and Entertainment Tonight.
In addition to her editorial work, Kyra has consulted for brands and creators on media strategy, storytelling, and partnerships across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
